How To Set A Intention

Intentions help us attract a particular energy and purpose into our lives. Occasionally, daily intentions are intended to contribute to a larger, longer-term objective, such as the intention to meditate daily in order to improve one's health. Sometimes intentions are mindsets that are solely for that day or moment, such as expressing gratitude for a person or circumstance.

Intention setting allows you to connect with the energy of your  jewelry to assist in manifesting your goals or mental shifts.

Jewelry Cleansing

Even though your jewelry has been cleansed before it reaches you, it is still important that you take the time to do so before wearing it. This will add your own special energy to officially make it yours. Here are two ways we love to do it.

1) Steadily hold your jewelry in the smoke of a burning Sage stick, Palo Santo or incense stick until your piece becomes still (Remember this is a great time to set the intention)

2) Lay your jewelry on a piece of Selenite or Quartz Crystal for at least 6 hours.

Luna Native Ships with USPS.

Orders over $300 will ship at no cost.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number.

Signature Required

For your protection, Luna Native requires an adult signature for the receipt of packages valued at $1,000 or more. Please consider this policy when selecting a shipping address.

Weather Delays

Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. Luna Native will not hold liability or refund the shipping charges based on an inclement weather delay.

Returns

Free Returns

We offer free returns for our jewelry (unless specified in details on the product page or purchased during a sale/promotion) within 14 days of the package's delivery date. The product must be returned to us within this 14-day window.

All Sale Items and items marked 'final sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Shipping charges are not refundable. Cleansing tools (sage sticks, incense cones) are final sale and are not eligible for return. Orders of $500+ will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your original method of purchase. Please note, returns do take 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility to process.

Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Damaged Items

At Luna Native we pride ourselves in High Quality work. All of our Jewelry goes through a rigorous Quality Control process.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. All damages must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your product.
